Magical Facial Hair

I basically messed up my face through many failed trials of shaving, threading, epicare, and waxing. The hair on my face is very dark, thick, and sticking upwards. I look like a pubescent boy! Since I have medium dark skin, it makes my face look darker than it is and very difficult for makeup to glide on.
